matta provides custom automation scripts for e-commerce businesses. Our service includes:

• Custom automation script development
• Hosted automation execution on our servers
• API integration services
• Usage monitoring and reporting
• Customer support

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing model is based on a 2% transaction fee for successful automation executions:

• Users prepay funds to their account balance
• 2% is deducted from the account balance for each successful transaction
• Minimum transaction fee of $0.05 applies
• No monthly subscription fees
• No setup or development fees

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our automation scripts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Intellectual Property

All automation scripts developed by matta remain our intellectual property. Users receive a license to use the scripts for their intended purpose but do not own the underlying code.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

matta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any remaining account balance will be refunded within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.
